Oscar Wylee - Kingsway Mall

Have only ever had excellent experiences. Helped resolve a year-long drama getting different prescriptions from different opticians - saving me lots of grief, time, and money. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is great, and they are not owned by the EssilorLuxottica behemoth like so many others, which I am really thankful for. Great place to shop if you appreciate great service, great selection, great prices, and helping prevent international commercial monopolies.

We just happened to go past Oscar Wylee in Kingsway mall and noticed the special so decided to check it out. The young associate was very friendly and well informed. I found 2 pair of glasses for less than I had paid for my previous 3-4 pair. They took a bit longer to come in due to customs but Oscar Wylee went above and beyond for customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will tell others of the awesome service and great fit of my glasses.

I was very impressed with the staff . They take care of you there . So knowledgeable and easy going. The optometrist was Super ! I just got my glasses today and took less than a week and half , which is awesome . The finished product turned out very nice..... Thumbs UP

I had a great experience. Angel, the associate who helped me, was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. Dr. Lauren was also very thorough during the exam and took the time to explain everything clearly. She even went above and beyond by calling me at home later that evening to let me know she had noticed something irregular on my chart. I really appreciated the excellent service and care I received.
