Huge thanks to the team at MedX Optical! I recently purchased my new Meta smart glasses from MedX Optical, and the experience was fantastic. A special shoutout to Parneet for helping me choose my glasses. Parneet was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They answered all my questions and helped me out immensely. The customer service was 10/10.

The staff here are incredibly accommodating and professional. Parneet takes the time to thoroughly explain everything—from the process to lens options and even the doctor’s note—making it easy to understand every step. Doctor Hani also provides a personalized one-on-one consultation to go over the results, which really helps in breaking down complex medical terms into something clear and understandable. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend this location for anyone with eye care needs!

See update at end of comment please. The doctor is excellent, but things have changed. The selection of frames is very poor now and the service has slipped. It's really quite depressing. Michelle is rarely there now though she pops in now and then. She is advancing and I'm happy for her. She is an exceptional customer care professional and is really missed. Not only did she always go the extra distance for all members of our community, she actual cared about us. I thought the new care specialist would improve with more experience, as being new can be hard, but her heart just doesnt seem to be in it. It's like she'd rather be somewhere else or that you were a different customer. Good customer service is about treating everyone as if they are your favourite client. I love the diversity of our community here. It's important for health related services to embrace that diversity. This isnt a niche market. It's a local service that we all depend on. Although I'm really impressed and with the eye doctor, I feel distanced. UPDATE; there are new staff! They are very nice! The main person cares...she is lovely. Elle pops in so great to see her! There still could be more colors on the racjs. Some of us love that. Also personally, I want to see Canadian frames up there please. This said, I found two pairs Im very happy with. Thank you. It's good to be back.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Fatine My husband, our three daughters, and I were all very impressed by her kindness, patience, and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and took the time to understand each of our needs. Fatine helped us choose frames that were both comfortable and stylish, and she made sure every prescription was perfectly accurate. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone so skilled and thoughtful. She truly made our family’s visit special, and we will definitely be coming back because of her outstanding service.
