Specsavers Hollick Kenyon Landing

Had a wonderful visit at Specsavers Hollick Kenyon Landing today. I had an appointment for my kids, and the entire team made us feel right at home. Ankita and the rest of the staff were so patient and helpful, and Dr. Bassey was amazing at keeping the kids comfortable throughout the entire exam. It’s a very family-friendly environment and made the whole process stress-free for us. We will definitely be back!

Awesome clinic! Dr. Otu was very patient and meticulous in understanding exactly what I needed. Sav was amazing as well, she made sure my glasses were the perfect fit and handled all my frame adjustments. Excellent service from start to finish. An easy 5 stars! 🌟

My son can be difficult to examine because he is 4 years old and shy. Dr. Otu Bassey, is incredibly kind and patient with him. Today, he had to have a physical examination and his eye flushed. It was very upsetting for my son, and the whole team was gentle, patient and compassionate. I think even if this location is out of your way, it’s worth the trip. Excellent care.

My optometrist was excellent- very thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the exam. Tania helped me choose my glasses and was incredibly knowledgeable. She walked me through all the options and made sure I found frames and lenses that work best for my prescription. Overall a fantastic experience.

My experience was fantastic! Loved the full eye exam to glasses journey. Dr Bassey was very patient and thorough and their Manager Tania and the team was a cherry on the top to deal with. Overall whole team was very knowledgeable, very kind and helpful. Overall 11/10 ✨
