I recently visited Capital Vision Care and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and exceptionally well organized. Every member of the staff was professional, courteous, friendly, and genuinely focused on providing excellent patient care. A special thank you to Dr. Samantha Giang, who was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Her warm and caring approach, combined with her professionalism and expertise, made for an exceptional experience. It's not often that you find a healthcare professional who is not only highly skilled but also so approachable and genuinely invested in her patients. Dr. Giang is truly an amazing optometrist, and I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with her. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Giang and her team. Dr. Giang is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment and clearly cares about her patients’ eye health. The staff were also fantastic—patient, friendly, and helpful while I took my time choosing a new pair of glasses. They offered great suggestions without any pressure and made the process enjoyable. I just completed the 4 session RF package with Megan Dukewich through Capitol Vision Care, and I am very satisfied with the result. Before I started the process, I was flushing my eyes with saline to try and get the grit out of my eyes and I couldn’t tolerate the defrost blowing on my face because my eyes would dry out. That is all settled down now. Megan is very professional and puts you at ease through the process. I will be continuing the eye maintenance with my new UMAY mask
