Specsavers Albany Market Square

I was just in here at the spec savers in Albany, and the lady that's been looking after me. She's really great. She gives great customer service. She picked out my frames for me. She is an amazing woman. I like her. For the customer service that she gave me and she does have a great manager.\n I would like to give this nice recommendation for anybody in the Albany area.\n To stop by, it's a great place to shop for glasses. You'll always get a deal and I love the customer service.Keep up the good work Asmaa

Have been with Specsavers for a couple of years since I moved to Edmonton, and it has always been a wonderful experience all the time. Asmaa and the rest of the staffs are very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Dr. Randhawa is amazing and has helped me throughout my optical journey. Great selection of glasses at affordable prices. Staff will hook you up to affordable deals! Environment is clean and well kept. Definitely recommend! 💯

Came in with my wife for our appointments. We had the pleasure of being assisted by a charming young woman named Asmaa. Made the whole experience pleasurable and fun. Thank you to Asmaa and all the staff for taking good care of us, providing useful and important feedback, but most of all, making us feel welcome through humour and great smiles. Great store and great prices on eyewear right now. Sylvain & Louise

Came into Specsavers Albany today and was greeted with big smiles the two girls at the front desk Tess and Asmaa. They were amazing and extremely helpful. Asmaa had a lot of knowledge about contact lenses and junaid looked very interested in learning what she was talking about as well. Overall amazing pricing and fantastic costumer service from the 2 girls. Great job guys!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The staff were extremely kind and patient at this location! I’ve had bad experiences with opticians growing up so this was a great visit. I was struggling to choose frames - as I can be indecisive - but the man helping me was very patient and gave me good recommendations. They were very clear with their deals and pricing, and the payment process was smooth. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the team there :)
