Delta Walk-in and Family Medical Clinic

Awful doest listen doest give refills.Don't bother with him. My room mate needed a new dr as she just moved here. As Dr.s are hard to find we now drive across town to see Dr. Omotoso his first app was good .very attentive..gave him a week to read her extensive history.which he never did so when asking for refills another week later it has been 6 weeks of him NOT returning faxes to the PHarmacy and then only giving 30 days at a time with out refills for meds she has been on for YEARs and questioning why she needs them..hence the extensive history provided.he never read....just last night they spoke and he said he would fax in what she needed....a call to the pharmacy tonight has resulted in no fax from him. So then sent him ANOTHER REQUEST. As she is now OUT of PTSD meds HE WILL BE FIRED We are finding.g another Dr.If she goes into re occurring episodes and has to go to the ER he should be HELD RESPONSIBLE Note added....he did not send in the fax and wants to see her this week...nope. fired...4 in-person app and 2 phone appointments..ridiculous

Absolutely amazing staff, polite and respectful. I am under the care of Dr. Adebayo Osomoto , he takes time to do a thorough check up and recommend the perfect treatment for your illness/problem. Although a bit too far from my home, I have no problem attending this clinic. It is worth the drive.

Pharmacy Service !! We would like to share my disappointment regarding the service we received at the reception. The lady who was receiving the fax was very rude, arrogant, and impolite. As a regular customer, I felt extremely embarrassed and disappointed by the way I was treated. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I hope this matter can be addressed soon.

I am so grateful that there was a Centre open later than 7 pm. I really appreciated being seen within less than an hour. I felt heard and given great care. It was wonderful that a Pharmacy was attached that could get my medication, right there. The Dr, the Receptionist and the Pharmacy team were really great. Thank you!!

They’re usually great before but they made me wait for 30 minutes for a med pick up and ask me to pay 50 bucks for a box of needles that usually comes in w my medicine for free.
