I came here an hour before I thought they closed, expecting to be told they weren't taking any more walk-in appointments. To my pleasant surprise, I was told they could get me in. But what REALLY impressed me was how professional and friendly the nurse/receptionist was. She appeared to be the only one working, but she was so kind and accommodating to everyone in person and on the phone. Even though she was very busy, not once did she make anyone feel like they were an inconvenience, and she was so pleasant to everyone, even when people repeatedly asked her how long they'd have to wait. She is very good at her job and I hope she sees this review. She had long dark hair in a ponytail and was wearing navy scrubs. 😊
I found all of the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. They listened to me and helped me with my health issues. I have been there several times now and am very happy with the service that this clinic gives. Thank you!
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Adebiyi. My concerns were not fully addressed, and the consultation felt rushed without sufficient assessment. I later sought a second opinion and received a very different perspective, which made me question the initial evaluation. The clinic’s “one issue at a time” policy also made the experience feel restrictive, as it did not reflect how patients typically present with multiple concerns. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and below expectations. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and reviews its approach to patient care.
They need to remove walk-in clinic from their advertisements. I’ve been turned away 3 times now when trying to do a walk-in for various reasons (was there at opening today and was told “not taking anymore walk ins today” I asked “what do you mean ‘anymore’ I just got here (at opening)” and she said sorry “at all today”. I suggested changing their site as this has happened 3 times now on a Saturday. Needs to state appointment only, she offered that but clearly I’m doing a walk in because my work schedule and single parent life does not always permit scheduling an appointment. Would save people from wasting important time trying to walk-in if this was updated! I used to like this place as it was fast and convenient but that has changed.
We took our 92-year-old mother today to find a new family doctor She was treated with great amounts of respect and genuine care
