Very disappointing experience. I was asked by the receptionist to hold for more than 10 minutes, which I patiently did. However, when it was my turn, I was told to call back instead of her waiting to pull up an email from my end that won’t even take 30 seconds. It’s frustrating to be expected to wait that long but not be given the same courtesy in return. Customer service, especially in a medical setting, should involve patience and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and inconsiderate. I hope management addresses this and improves how patients are treated.

I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Alabi. He is caring and empathetic. I've never had a problem with wait times or getting an appointment.

Online it says they open at 9:30am on Saturdays and I confirmed this with the staff on Friday, Feb 27th. I came here early to see the doctor because that’s what the staff suggested since I didn’t have an appointment and the doctors are booked out. So I, along with other patients got there 10 min early just for us to get here and see a note that says they are closed Feb 28th

As a patient the treatment is professional, quick and respectful. They take walkin clients also but waits can be long. Very busy practice.

After reading the reviews I was quite surprised that this clinic has such bad reputation. Just giving them kudos for always being professional. I agree that the waiting time is often very long but unfortunately that's just the nature of Canadian health care system.
