What a breath of fresh air!-- I've been without a true family doctor since I moved from Red Deer over a decade ago. Recently, our young family moved from downtown Edmonton to Spruce Grove and I started to look at healthcare options in the area. A friend recommended WestView PCN virtual for an issue I was looking help with at the time. This is when I met Jessica Chong, NP and her fantastic team! My impression is she is friendly, warm and receptive but also pays close attention to the details and is prompt in her actions going forward. She is absolutely fantastic to deal with, and takes the time to build trust and listen to the patient. It is the primary healthcare I've been looking for for years! My family and I will be seeing her and her team exclusively going forward! Thanks again, WestView PCN!!

This is an excellent service if you do not have a family doctor. Scheduling an appointment is easy and you can speak to someone within days. The people are professional, knowledgeable and have been a great help to me.

I would not remain then at all. The social call from home she could help me. Next time she can not help. She never explains why she not get help need. I could help if from some other country. I born raise here Alberta I am falling through the system and no one care fall through the cracks. I am so tried that bother people get that need it.

Excellent Service and Highly Recommend! We’ve been without a family doctor for 3 years in Spruce Grove since our previous one retired, but I’m so grateful we found this service! Jessica Chong is amazing—she’s incredibly helpful and thorough. A couple of years ago, we had a temporary doctor in Spruce Grove, but unfortunately, he left after only 6-8 months to practice in Edmonton. On top of that, his English wasn’t very good, so communication was tough, and it felt like important details were getting lost in translation. This service has been a game-changer for us. It’s such a relief to have medical support that we can access online. We no longer have to miss school or work to get the care we need, which is such a huge convenience. I also travel often for work, and being able to attend appointments virtually makes a world of difference. I no longer have to spend hours waiting at a MediClinic or hospital emergency room. I’m truly thankful for this service and highly recommend it to others in a similar situation!

I had an amazing experience with NP Jessica Chong. She is caring, understanding, and very thorough. I don't have a family doctor so I have been to walk ins before with my problem only to be told there's nothing wrong, without any testing. Jessica listened to my symptoms, asked a lot of questions and ordered appropriate testings which found out a condition that needed a treatment right away. Now I can be referred to see a specialist thanks to her. Virtual appointment is really handy and their hours are not too short so it's not hard to book with them.
