During my visits, encounters were mostly with Elsa at the front desk and Dr. Lorraine Venturina. I would like to take the time to write a review and thank them here coz I can't thank them enough even in person. Elsa is very kind however busy they may be at the front. Dr. Lorraine is very thorough and thoughtful of what care an individual needs. She even offered me a referral to a specialist in case they have any suggestions in addition to what we've been doing. She's very professional and kind. I really appreciate you and am really grateful Doc Venturina 🙏🙏🙏

When I called to get a family doctor , They told me that a new doctor is joining, and we booked an appointment for January 8. On January 7, we called the family clinic to confirm the appointment, and they confirmed that it was scheduled. However, we received a call from the clinic just 20 mts before the appointment and was told the doctor we were supposed to see was only temporary and that we could come only for a prescription or lab works. Since it was a working day, both my wife and I had taken leave just for this appointment, and we also kept our son home instead of sending him to school. Because of this experience, I am not able to recommend this clinic to anyone.

Best clinic in town!! Doctors are knowledgeable and takes time to listen with all your concerns. Specially,Dr. Joel and Dr. Lorraine Even with their busy days,i dont feel that the doctors rush me whenever seeing the. They will listen to every details and takes time to review your medical history,even just doing walk ins. The staff are always helpful and very nice. I love that they are checking blood pressure before letting you inside the room,which is a missed in most of the clinic nowadays.. You guys are AMAZING!!!

I'm new to this clinic and my experience so far has been so good. The two ladies at the front desk are so warm, welcoming, and have incredible bedside manner. Two weeks after my first appointment, I called the clinic reception to inquire about something, and Elsa, at the front desk, remembered me. I was completely shocked. Dr. Venturina is so kind, thorough, and listens with care. I feel so lucky to have found this clinic.
