Glasses Half Full

Super impressed by Glasses Half Full and will be switching our entire family over to this place! I brought in my two little kids today and Dr. Michael was amazing with them. In fact when I walked in, the rest of the team was out for a learning lunch and it was Dr. Michael at the front desk checking us in and gathering the information. I feel like it’s always a great sign to have the owner willing and able to do every role to make things run smoothly for the entirety of the team. Emily was also wonderful and interacted with my boys at their level. Dr. Michael explained everything to me as he assessed the kids and ensured I had no questions. The kids had an amazing, easy, simple and fun first optometrist appointment and will have no issues being afraid going back. Highly recommend!!

This is a follow up review, to reiterate the excellent customer service by the team at GHF. I had an appointment to replace my lenses and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Alexa and the team are very prompt in their responses via text and Lesly is the best in the biz, also giving my specs a great tuneup. And they were so fast! I had my glasses back in 30 minutes. Thank you, GHF!

There's a reason these folks are sitting at a 5-star rating! I had an excellent experience here getting an eye exam, updating my prescription, and picking new frames. Everyone on the team, from the doctor to staff members helping me pick new frames, was so kind, helpful, and attentive. I can recommend this place to folks who have had bad experiences with eye care in the past & need a breath of fresh air and a gentle re-introduction to eye care.

Excellent service - the team at GHF is helpful, thoughtful and fast. My daughter had a similarly positive experience. And I have never received more compliments on a pair of glasses!

This company loves to lie and not honour pricing. We found on there physical website that the eye exams were $130, she then says $145. My fiance showed her the discrepancy between the website and what she was saying. She then proceeds to double down and say well it's $145 and we're not honouring that. Then they change on the website almost immediately. As a business I would expect you to honour the price you had listed in the first place. This is embarrassing and unprofessional. Your business practices are not great. I seriously question how you have such good reviews if that's how you treat your customers. We were going to get our glasses here, do the exam ect.... We will not be going anywhere near this business again. Like don't change it while the customer is still standing there, literally showed you the discrepancy and then proceed to not honour it.
