As soon as I walked in a staff member said hello in a cheerful way. I came here to buy dog treats and plus my cat wanted to get high so I also came looking for catnip. Tons of selections. Store was clean and the staff and other customers seemed very cheerful. Animals are allowed in the store as long as they are not wild or rabid. There is a spot for them to drink water plus a spot to weigh them. I noticed items are kinda scattered about. Everything was kinda mixed together but it works. I wondered around and found all sorts of things. Some things do seem expensive but there are a ton of bargains here too. I found everything I needed plus when I went to pay I got a bag a decent quality dog treats for free. I will definitely be back! Excellent customer service.

Fantastic customer service!! I’ve been coming to this location since it opened but was always at the north side one. Today I came in with an unusual coupon from a company we work with on Instagram. The manager Rae was nothing but amazing. I appreciate the kindness and patience! The till clerk was amazing as well but didn’t catch his name. The staff are always so helpful and friendly every single time!

I have been to the West End Homes Alive Pets a few times now but my last visit today really set it in stone that this is my number one place to shop for my pets. The store is fantastic and they have a great selection of products, but what really sets it apart is the exceptional customer service. I was assisted by an incredibly friendly female staff member who went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. She was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right products. Because of her outstanding service, Homes Alive Pets is officially my new go-to. I will 100% be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets, thanks again for the amazing help!

Last Friday, I visited the store and had the pleasure of being assisted by a sales associate named Mukrab. I would like to express my appreciation for her exceptional attention and the genuine care she showed while helping me. I was with my Chihuahua, and I always prefer softer items for her, since they are gentler on her teeth when she chews. Mukrab immediately understood this and thoughtfully recommended something that was perfectly suited to her needs. She was kind, attentive, and truly considerate throughout the entire experience. She is the kind of employee any store owner should truly value. If I had a business of my own, I would absolutely want someone like her on my team. I would also like to mention that the cashier was equally attentive and pleasant. It makes a real difference to be assisted by a team that is both professional and caring. Great selection of mid to high end cat foods and usually cheaper than Petsmart! Lots of natural food options if that's your jam and a decent selection of the mid range science backed foods like Pro Plan, Science Diet, and Royal Canin. Also Canadian owned and lots of super friendly and helpful staff. I don't dread shopping here, unlike most big stores and they've got a bunch of food puzzle toys that my Maine Coon cat loves.
