This is an exceptionally fine group of human beings . We are new to the province and didn’t have a vet yet … so of course we had a little emergency . The people here are exactly what you want . Animal lovers. I highly recommend this clinic . It’s extremely clean. Next level kindness ♥️ Also , please get pet insurance . It can be affordable . It’s worth every dime to know that in your animals time of crisis treatment decisions will not be made due to finances . I wish that on no one . Happy to know my animals are in the hands of Stony Plain veterinary.

My cat Marley was screaming in pain at 7pm and my regular vet was closed. I was able to get him into the Stony Plain Veterinary Clinic as a walk-in patient. The vet was wonderful, sent us home with antibiotics and pain meds. 2 days later my cat was eating drinking and allowing us to pick him up. Highly recommend.

The doctors and staff here are so wonderful and thoughtful. We had to put our older furbaby Nina to sleep and they were super supportive and patient. They couldn't have been any better. Our younger furbaby has been looked at by them as well and they are honest. If something is not needed to be done they tell you. So they are NOT doing it just for money. They really care for our furbabies and I believe they are quite empathetic to us when going through a difficult time. This place and all the staff have been very impressive. I highly recommend.

Excellent care and a very professional team. Our cat had dental surgery and the staff made the process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. We appreciate the attention and kindness shown to both our pet and our family.

This week while visiting family in Parkland Alberta from B.C. our dog Floyd became sick. We inquired at Stoney Plain Veterinary Clinic and were able to secure an appointment almost immediately. Dr. Camilo Acuna ordered blood test and diagnostic imaging upon hearing that Floyd had eaten a rubber ball 3 weeks earlier. At the time Floyd had vomited what we thought was all the ball. An ultrasound confirmed a blockage in his intestines and immediate surgery was performed by Dr. Acuna. The surgery went well and discovered a piece of rubber ball lodged in the intestines. . Floyd is recovering well at this time. I cannot express our thanks enough to Dr. Acuna and his staff for their care and attention to our sweet boy Floyd. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the best care for their fur baby. Dr. Acuna you truly are one of the best. Thank you.
