Pet Valu

Huge shout out to the staff at this location, they always go above and beyond to help. Tonight we were is a pretty urgent situation as two of our foster dogs new born puppies started to not nurse and in the course of one day lost weight and needed to be put on milk supplement, pet value stayed open late so we could drive in from out of town to get the supplies needed. They even went as far as having it all ready to go at the till and recommending some other supply we may need to make sure mom and pups are all taken care off.

I bring my two cats here for grooming, nail trimming, and overall check-ups. The staff is professional, friendly, and supportive. Their communication is key, making it a great place. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

Our Pomsky is roughly 2.5 years old and at about 9 months we discovered he was starting to lose his fur. After numerous visits to different Vets and many different types of of blood tests our Dog was diagnosed with Alapichia X and Black skin disease . We always take him for a grooming to Pet Valu in Stony Plain with an incredible Groomer AMBER who seems to have a great grooming relationship with our Pomsky Dog Royal. We take him to Amber once a month to shampoo him and fluff him up to make Royal look better and just good looking hygiene. This recent visit we had him there for his monthly grooming, the owner and staff had donated a couple of nice winter coats seeing that Royal was lacking fur for doing his Business or just general everyday winter outings. Pet Valu Stony Plain and Spruce Grove have been so helpful to us making recommendations for food, vitamins and other supplements to provide the best pet health possible. The staff has been great to us with advising great Pet Dog care for Royal as best as possible. We do our best as we can with Royal, but it is nice to have a credible Pet store provider to give us intelligent back-up and opinion (support). The staff there are friendly, extraordinary, and just plain amazing. We are grateful to Pet Valu Spruce Grove and Stony Plain. Wendy, Dillon, and Rick Swartz
