I've been going to see Dr. Russo for years. The atmosphere was always nice a calm. I was disappointed at my recent appointment. It was loud and a whole group of new people behind the main desk. The atmosphere was completely different. I know they have other optometrists in that day. I'm hopeful that the next time it'll be a bit more quiet. Other than the above the Optomists are excellent! I'll continue to
My name is Donna W and I went there for my eye exam and ordered glasses and it's the best place I've ever gone to I did go there 10 years ago they're very helpful and very professional and experienced, they have the most beautiful glasses there and lots to choose from and really reasonable I love my glasses thank you may 14 2026
Dr. Brian Mah is excellent! Professional, detailed and friendly! Norman fit me in my new frames, he’s professional, up to date, and an absolute expert! The team is very friendly, I got very helpful opinions from Savanah! I was able to have my exam, frames and lenses all done in one place, great selection and service!!
Gladys Riezu at the OCI on Jasper Ave just provided me with excellent service, first in selling me new glasses and then adjusting them perfectly. That is an art
I have been going here for 15 years. I am dealing with Norm as he finds me the perfect glasses for my face. Though I lean to Norm, all the staff are helpful and kind. Dr. Russo has taken excellent care of my eyes and our whole family goes there. Their glasses are top quality & unique. I tend to wear them for 2-3 years & Norm treats me as well as if I went every month. I highly recommend Optometrists clinic.
