Have really been enjoying my stress and sleep relief Acupuncture journey with the lovely Emma Kenny. Even before the actual treatment start, her intake is incredibly calming, encouraging and mindful. I have made huge progress with my self care since adding in her treatment plan & am excited to continue with the grounding and healing check ins. You're the best Emma! The Clinic is fantastic as well, they have a nice little tea station and an ambiance that makes you immediately feel calmer. Love the bathroom set up. HUGE shout out to the amazing receptionist that kept an eye out on my bike while I was with Emma (unfortunately, bike parking was scarce - no fault of PIH), but what an absolute gem for making sure my commuter was safe. Thank you so much - that was going way up & above for me. Will look into more services with them in the future - they have so many awesome modalities!! Their care is truly integrative with my busy life and training schedule. Thanks team for keeping me on my feet!

Very clean, pristine, and modern-looking clinic! I had a massage with Jadyn and I cannot recommend her enough! She is pleasant to talk to but remains silent during the massage (other than to check in as needed), has calming lyrical music playing, and some candies for after the massage. She has great pressure and gives an excellent neck and head massage. Would highly recommend her!

Just wanted to reach out and say how please I am with my treatments so far. Tyla is extremely talented with osteotherapy. I've noticed a significant difference in both my physical and mental health. She is kind, thorough and professional. She does a phenomenal job! I also see Heather for massage and I have to say, I have had two of the best massages of my life both with her. I go for regular massages and nothing has ever compared to how well Heather does. She just knows what she's doing on a deep level and I am so grateful to have found her. She is so kind, very very thorough and professional. Both these ladies have done wonders for my life mentally and physically and I look forward to each appointment. My deepest gratitude

I had an iv iron infusion here today and it was everything they advertise it to be. The price is extremely competitive. Everyone i dealt with on the phone, in email or in person was so nice and informative and didnt make you feel less than for asking questions. The nurse she is so gentle and professional - a master at her craft! I did not feel the iv needle go in and was surprised to learn - wait its in?!! She was extremely observant keeping watchful eye on me during and after the infusion while being so funny and insightful in our conversations during the infusion. It truly was a trauma informed laid back very chill experience and im very grateful to her and everyone who helped me get the infusion scheduled Thanks for helping me hopefully feel better soon! I really appreciate it park integrative. :-)

Highly recommend Shawn at Park Integrative Health. He has been my Massage Therapist for years and he is hands down the best. He truly listens to your concerns and walks you through any questions you may have. He also has the best pressure! Could ask for a better massage therapist.
