A Highly Professional and Truly Caring Dog Training Experience We’ve completed three classes with Kelly and just started class number four — an easy decision after such an exceptionally positive experience. After a highly unsettling start elsewhere, she immediately impressed us during a free consultation with her professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate approach. Her small classes and modern, positive methods are always focused on the dogs’ well-being, and we felt extremely supported as new dog owners. It’s clear she truly cares, she goes above and beyond, and our puppy absolutely loves both the training and Kelly. We were initially hesitant to book with a larger pet retailer, but were genuinely impressed by how professional and high-quality the entire experience has been — from the free consultation to the thoughtfully compiled training materials and flexible class options. We’re incredibly grateful to have found Kelly and highly recommend her, especially for anyone with a sensitive dog.

Just got this cutie named Domino from here. Staff are so friendly and helpful too!

June 30, 2024 Brody got his haircut for summer and boy does he look smart. The groomers are professional and knowledgeable. They told me what cut was best for him and that's exactly what I got. He's even decked out with a Canadian kerchief. He was happy when he got there and still the same when I picked him up, at least an hour earlier than they said. I definitely recommend their grooming services. July 1, 2023 Puppy training completed: I took Brody for puppy training and Kelly was fantastic. She made me and the puppy feel better about where we are and where we want to get. Definitely a much better puppy than when we started. I mean he never lost his cuteness, but now he's a little calmer and listens better and I know how to get his attention and keep it. I took Brody for his first grooming July 13, 2023. He had such a great experience and Hunter, the groomer, was wonderful with him and I loved her enthusiasm and care for my puppy. March 2023: I really liked Pet Smart. I needed a kennel and blanket for my brand new puppy. The staff were friendly and the store was clean and bright.
