Spruce Grove Veterinary Clinic

⸻ Dr. Renate Pfeifer at the Spruce Grove clinic went above and beyond for my cat, Minnie. Our appointment was last Monday, May 4th, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care she received. She even rescheduled her own cat’s appointment so Minnie could be seen urgently for dental surgery. From the start, Dr. Pfeifer was thorough, calm, and clearly focused on what was best for Minnie. I asked her to treat Minnie as if she were her own, and that’s exactly what she did. The clinic staff were also very friendly and respectful, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire visit. Minnie has improved dramatically since her procedure. She is eating normally again, and even just hours after surgery she was already eating, which was amazing to see. Almost a week later, I’m so thankful for the difference this has made in her health. I highly recommend Dr. Pfeifer and her team for their compassion and excellent care.

My dog’s face swelled up, and they got me in the same day to check her out. The doctor clearly isn’t greedy because she told me that my dog doesn’t have an infection. Didn’t try to sell me pills to make a buck. They also let me bring my other dogs in with me, since they were going bananas in my truck in the parking lot. My whole presence was chaos, but they dealt with it and I’m thankful.

We have taken our two dogs to Spruce Grove Veterinary Clinic for about six years, and our veterinarian has been Dr. Renate Pfeifer. We highly recommend Dr. Pfeifer! .. She is incredibly compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and always honest. She takes the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, making us feel completely confident in the care our pets receive.

I didn't really want to do a review as selfishly I didn't want everyone finding out about this fantastic clinic. I don't have words for how awesome this clinic is. The front end staff are kind, caring, efficient and always go above and beyond. The doctors are fantastic at explaining things in ways you can clearly understand what is going on with your pet. My senior dog had some bite wound treated at another clinic; who then quoted my just under $2000 to have a drain put in to deal with the infection she ended up dealing with. Called spruce Grove vet and got her in. From making the appointment to dropping her off and picking her up; the staff are so great. Friendly, willing to help and I didn't have to sign offer my paycheck to pay for their services. Going to make them our regular vet. Also, the clinic is very clean, nice and bright and accessible to all.
