Contact Renovations & Custom Homes Ltd.

Our overall experience with Contact was excellent. We undertook an extensive basement and main floor bathroom renovation that we'd been putting off for many years. We knew there would likely be surprises along the way because we have an older home, so it was critical to us that we find a contractor familiar with renovating older homes. We chose Contact after Paul explained the communication platform they use to keep the client informed about the schedule, payments and messaging functions, which we really appreciated having access to throughout both projects and which kept us feeling informed and involved. François, Katie, Ryan, Chad, Stephanie, and Paul were all excellent and professional throughout. When unexpected issues and subsequent costs arose, Paul and Katie worked to find ways to keep us on budget. Our renovation is now complete and we are thrilled with the result...our old house feels brand new and we love it. We will definitely work with Contact again for our next project. Thank you Contact!

The Contact Renovations team was truly excellent to work with. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process, and given options to consider along the way. The team considered our budget, requests and timelines in the planning of the full project. Highly recommend going with one of their associated Interior Designers (shoutout to Chelsey @EBO Design) to help elevate your renovation ideas. Every trade team involved was friendly, professional and did high quality work. It was massive to have a crew that was so organized, responsive and patient with us and our family. We are incredibly pleased with the final space that now suits our needs and we are proud to show to our family and friends. Paul, Katie, Stephanie, Ryan, Francois and Chad (and teams) made our old home new again. Thank you Contact!

Paul and his entire team at Contact Renovations provided me with without a doubt, the best renovation experience I’ve ever had. This is certainly not my first renovation experience, but working with Contact Renovations, and the end result, have had such an enormous impact in the liveability of my space. It took my space from ‘meh to amazing’! I have a definite decorative style and ensuring that was continued through my very open home was paramount. Paul, along with his ‘design queen’ Michelle, all the elements we collaboratively brought together, helped to make my small kitchen ‘tweak’ far surpass even what I had envisioned. The work completed was meticulous with every detail thoroughly checked regularly by my Project Manager Garrett, as well as at regular check-ins and final project completion by Paul. Despite my job, being smaller than what Contact Renovations normally takes on, I was treated with the same respect as if I was their most important client. All of Paul’s team members were respectful of my home, taking great care at the end of each work day to leave everything as clean as possible - tough to do with any renovation. In addition to my space, Contact’s staff members and any contractors required were cognizant of making certain all common areas within the building I live in, were also kept clean. Everyone remotely linked to my job was equally polite and respectful. I would without hesitation hire Paul and Contact Renovations for any home renovations requirements.

This was our first project with Contact Renovations, after seeing their work done at my parents house. Our second story was not updated when we did the main floor a few years ago, so it was looking old and tired. Paul and the team at Contact turned the design, by Michelle at Refresh Interiors, into reality, and the finished product is beyond our expectations. The team and all of the trades who came in were professional and the site was always kept clean. Their workmanship is excellent. Garret, the PM, was on top of the project from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the finished space!

It took us awhile to find a contractor we felt comfortable working with. From start to finish, Paul and his team have been amazing. You can feel rest assured that they are knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind. We had little experience dealing with renovations prior to this, but Contact laid everything out to us in detail, walked us through the whole process, and had timelines we could track in real-time. Rather than feeling overwhelmed, we felt educated and therefore confident throughout the project. Contact is really good at what they do and made the whole experience very seamless along the way. If there are issues or hiccups, they are quick to find solutions and ensure you as the client are not stressed. They will work within the timeline you give and there are no hidden surprises which we really appreciated. If you are looking for quality work and a great contractor to deal with, it’s Contact! We would definitely choose Contact again to help us with any other renovations we need done!
