Gur Khalsa Renovation

We recently had our basement built in Orchard by Gurkhalsa Renovation, owned by Harpreet Singh, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team stayed right on schedule and delivered everything on time, which made the process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their positive attitude and professionalism. Harpreet and his crew were always respectful, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. The final result exceeded our expectations — the craftsmanship and attention to detail are top-notch. We’re extremely happy with our new space and would highly recommend Gurkhalsa Renovation to anyone looking to build or renovate their space.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Basement Development Experience! We recently had our basement developed and couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Harpreet phaji was incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and always kept us in the loop with updates. He listened to our ideas, offered great suggestions, and brought everything together with high-quality workmanship. Every element—from the layout and lighting to the finishing touches—was done with care and precision. We especially appreciated how clean and organized the worksite was throughout the project, and how respectful the crew was of our home and time. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, with no surprises along the way. Our new basement has completely transformed our home, giving us a beautiful space for entertaining, relaxing, and spending time with family. We highly recommend this team for anyone considering basement development—you won’t be disappointed!

We just got our basement renovated by Gur Khalsa Renovation company. They did an amazing job and we are very pleased with their work. Harpreet Singh is very professional, and he made sure that the design meets our requirements and specially accessible requirements for the washroom. He applied for all the permits. Workmanship is very good. The work was completed on time and budget! I will highly recommend the company for any interior work for residential and commercial projects. They provide great service and very reasonable pricing for the work! Noureen.

From the very beginning of our project to the final handover, the experience with “Harpreet bhai” Gur Khalsa Renovations was nothing short of excellent. His project management/customer service skills stood out at every stage—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our satisfaction. The crew(Raj, Sukhi, Gurwinder) consistently arrived on time (8 AM – 6 PM) and worked with steady focus throughout the day. Their discipline was impressive—(i learnt thier core crew does not use any intoxicants/drink at all)—just honest hard work. It showed in both their attitude and the quality of their workmanship. They took care of our home, protecting entry and exit areas with proper coverings to minimize disruption. On the administrative side, Gur Khalsa Renovations also handled all the permits and scheduled the necessary inspections, keeping us informed throughout. Any delays/no work days were due to the city’s inspection availability—not on their part—which gave us confidence the project was being done right. The work was completed on time, with solid craftsmanship. Even when we requested a few minor changes, they were receptive and accommodating, handling everything without issue. And at handover, they went the extra mile by bringing in professional cleaners, leaving the space spotless and move-in ready. Overall, it was a smooth, mostly stress-free experience. Gur Khalsa Renovations team sets a high bar for professionalism and craftsmanship, and I would not hesitate to hire them again - we have already recommended them to family and friends.

So happy with the work from Gur Khalsa Renovation. They have developed the basement of our previous house and the new one so professionally. Amazing work and great service with very reasonable cost. Never had to think about going to any one else because of their trust and reliability. Would highly recommend them to everyone including our friends and family. Best wishes for their projects and wishing them all the success!!!
