Knights Ridge Builders and Renovations

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Knights Ridge! They renovated two upstairs bathrooms for us -- converting a dated two‑piece ensuite (complete with blue toilet) into a beautiful and highly functional four‑piece and transforming the main bathroom into a three‑piece with a spacious shower. What really impressed us was their ability to completely rework the layouts while keeping everything practical. They managed to maintain our hall closet, increase storage, and create bathrooms that feel open, calm, and incredibly well thought out. They were up-front about challenges they expected as well as any that came up throughout the project (like the need for asbestos abatement). From the first meeting, it was obvious that the Knights Ridge team truly knows and cares about what they’re doing. They were confident, knowledgeable, and approachable, which made us feel comfortable and well-supported throughout the project. Beyond the quality of the work, they were simply a pleasure to work with: professional, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in getting things right. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Knights Ridge to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy renovation company.

We recently hired Knights Ridge to finish our basement, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Flavio, Shawn and the entire team were professional, reliable, and highly skilled throughout the project. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered high-quality workmanship on every detail. Communication was excellent the whole way through — we were kept informed about timelines, progress, and any updates. The crew arrived on time, kept the workspace clean, and completed the project within the promised schedule. The final result looks amazing and has completely transformed our basement into this beautiful haven for kids! We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented basement contractor. Excellent service, great quality, and a stress-free experience overall

Just used knights ridge for a full basement renovation. When looking for quotes they explained and broke things down to make it easy to decide what we want, any options available and we found there were no surprises or hidden cost. From start to finish the communication was never lacking. Every Sunday I got an email knowing what to expect for the week. Even when we had some questions or last minute small request, Shawn and Flavio were prompt in their replies and easy to get a hold of. The only thing that we had trouble with was with their supplier for countertops but when we called Shawn about this issues and challenges we had with them he quickly took over and got cleared things up and we ended getting what we were looking for. Project was estimated to take 8 weeks and came in right around that time with a couple small tiny details needing an extra day. We've been enjoying our basement so far, what was suppose to be my man cave, has been the families preference to gather to watch tv and play games. Any future renos we look at will have knights ridge to complete it. Highly recommend.

I contracted Knights Ridge to update my bathroom from a corner tub and shower cabinet into something more functional and beautiful. Shawn provided a detailed estimate followed by a very specific list of all product decisions that I needed to make along with suppliers. I had very good advice and recommendations throughout design and construction, with work commencing at the agreed time. I received updates each week identifying what would be undertaken, and each of the trades arrived on time. I am delighted with the result.

We used Knights Ridge for our basement development and they did an amazing job. They were upfront with costs, made solid recommendations, communicated throughout and importantly we could trust them and their contractors with the work and access to our house. They finished on time and answered all questions while making sure we were comfortable with all aspects as we moved ahead. We highly recommend them.
