Peak Improvements Ltd

We recently completed a full main floor renovation with Peak Improvements, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the final result. Taking on a renovation of this size can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re balancing family life and all the normal day-to-day responsibilities that continue while your house feels like a construction zone. From the start, communication was excellent. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. One thing that really stood out was how accurately they managed expectations and timelines. We were given a timeline at the beginning, and Peak Improvements absolutely delivered on it. In a world where renovation stories often come with delays and surprises, that level of reliability felt huge. We also want to give some well deserved shoutouts to the incredible team who made this experience such a positive one. Holly was actually our first introduction to Peak Improvements when we met her at the renovation show, and we're so glad that first conversation led us here. Chris, the owner, was there with us from beginning to end and was invested in making sure everything came together. Cam, our on site project manager, kept everything moving and organized. Mario showed up every day with a smile and a hello, which honestly made a difference during a long renovation. Scott put together our estimate and helped set everything in motion, and Kari deserves a huge thank you for designing our dream home and helping turn the ideas in our heads into a reality we now get to enjoy every day. The quality of work and attention to detail transformed our main floor, and the whole process felt organized and professional from beginning to end. We would absolutely recommend Peak Improvements to anyone looking for a contractor who communicates well, follows through on commitments, and genuinely cares about delivering a great result.

We had a fantastic experience with Peak Improvements, from start to finish, tearing down and replacing our entire master bath. It looks beautiful and just the way I had hoped. We plan another project in a year or two and would definitely go back to Peak since our experience was so great. The workers were all courteous and made our project very enjoyable. We had a great experience with Lori who helped guide us through choosing just the right materials and paint colors.

Peak upgraded 2 bathrooms for us. One was converted to a wet room roll in shower. Everyone was very knowledgeable in their fields, super friendly and very responsive to our questions/concerns. I would definitely hire Peak Improvements for my next reno project.

We purchased a 25-year old very tired condo that was desperately in need of a facelift. Rick, Chris, Paul and Gail did a fabulous job of redesigning our kitchen and master bathroom as well as updating our fireplace and a general facelift/paint and flooring. They did an awesome job, they kept us in the loop all the while and came in right on time and on budget. An experience we had been dreading turned out to be absolutely terrific. Three years in, we are still loving it! Thanks again.

We contracted Peak to do renovations in our condo, upstairs and downstairs. They were too-notch from the start to the finish. The project manager kept us informed daily of the progress, the trades were highly skilled and professional and we appreciated the quality of the workmanship they provided. Hiring Peak was the best thing we did and the renovation was a fun experience, on time and budget and we absolutely love the outcome. Highly recommend Peak to anyone who is looking for a contractor.
