Ridgeline Improvements Ltd

Working with Ridgeline Improvements has been a wonderful experience. They have excellent communication, timely execution and are extremely thorough every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them for your next project!

We considered Ridgeline Improvements because they were referred to us. We tendered our renovation and their pricing was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Overall, our experience was positive and the assigned site supervisor, Mark, was great. The site supervisor can make all the difference in a project. All of the trades were professional and respectful of our home. The project ran 30-days longer then planned but truthfully, I expected that. We had bi-weekly site meetings to review work done and expectations. Ridgeline used a software program where costs were open book, the construction schedule was available, daily reports were provided by the Site Supervisor and we could communicate directly with the team on any issues. I understand that all projects have their challenges and varying nuances but our experience was very positive. I would hire Ridgeline Improvements again.

Had our deck done by Ridegline- they were super efficient, well organized, straightup with pricing and timeline, kept things very clean and did an awesome job. We have a well built quality deck that will last ages and we really love it. Neighbours have deck envy! Would definitely recommend working with Matt and his team.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ridgeline Improvements Ltd in 2023. With fixed timelines for the start and finish of the project, Matt and his team delivered impeccable results, on time and on budget. The project consisted of a major main floor bungalow renovation and large shop construction and involved numerous trades throughout the area. His professionalism in dealing with the sub trades was evident in the effort and commitment they showed to the project and in their pride of workmanship. Mark, the site supervisor, was especially appreciated for his excellent communication, insightful knowledge and unwavering dedication to get the job done. This review may seem a bit tardy but it was important for Ridgeline to follow through and attend to any issues that came up in the year following the renovation and construction and again, they delivered. We would highly recommend them to any of our family and friends.
