Way overcharged, the guy came in less than 15 mins. as he said he was in the area and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes, no parts were needed, was charged close to $200. I asked why the amount was so high, his explanation was for the travel cost. Go2 will definetly never be my "go to" for any future plumbing service. Their pricing is ridiculous. Might as well have charged me $1000. It feels with them if they walk in your door and see nice furniture, in their minds they pump up the price automatically and hopes the customer doesn't notice.

I rent through a property owner. And I happened to notice I was having furnace issues during very chilly temperatures. -15 or so. My property owner had this company call me to accommodate the scheduling. Moe appeared the same day to inspect and replace a blower issue. But realized there was a housing issue and made a report back. It turned out well because 2 days later I received a call again for a full replacement. I was exceptionally happy to sort out my work day to meet them. Moe and his helper ( I apologize I didn't get his name ) were beyond what would be expected from a service man. They both were steadfast and knowledgeable and handled the situation with respect. Always welcome in my home. Any company that employs such great and caring workers is gold star in my books.
