Richfield Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

Highly recommend the team at Richfield Plumbing & Heating. I initially considered hiring a plumber from a marketplace, but choosing a professional team was definitely the best decision. You might save a couple of hundred dollars going the other route, but when it comes to home service, honesty and trust are everything. They were amazing, they responded and gave me a quote over the weekend and showed up early the next morning to get the job done. Dan was great with communication, and Steve was a total professional; he swapped out my old water tank and left everything spotless. They’re super straightforward with their pricing and only provide top-quality, professional equipment that you just can't find in retail. It’s a huge relief having a reliable team I can call anytime if there's an issue. Thanks again for the help.

I have had many different plumbers come through my house for installations and service over my 40 years of home ownership. None have been as thorough and attention to detail as much as Richfield has. They have made many recommendations for things to watch in the future. If you have yet to meet Dan and his team over there, you are doing yourself a disservice. They are the best in the city hands down.

We called Richfield Plumbing last week because we thought our sewer cleanout was corroded and had leaked. Stephanie took our call and we were pleasantly surprised to hear that she could get a plumber to us the next day. Taylor showed up on time and quickly determined that the problem was not the sewer cleanout but a poorly installed toilet on the main floor, directly above. He gave us an estimate before starting the work and asked if we still wanted the sewer cleanout fixed. The toilet was removed and he showed us the problem. He re-installed the toilet correctly and then replaced the cast iron clean out with a new PVC cleanout. He was here about 5 hours and the cost was less than I had thought. Great office reception, great work and a very competent plumber. Thank you Richfield Plumbing & Heating.

Richfield plumbing installed a water heater and replaced an outdoor faucet last year. This year they checked out all of my house plumbing and replaced a bathroom faucet. They are professional, thorough, and kind. All in all excellent service and work. Steve came this time and was extremely helpful and convivial. He was very open to my questions and provided good information about various issues including water purification for drinking water. Last year Taylor came as water was leaking into the basement. The problem was a broken outdoor water tap that had frozen. He also installed a new water heater - happy to have very hot water! Once again, he was very pleasant and helpful. To my mind, the rates at Richfield are competitive. And the service is excellent. They perform excellent work and are extremely helpful. A terrific company.

Richfield Plumbing & Heating is our go to company for our heating and plumbing needs! Eirik and his team is amazing! They were out in the coldest part of of the winter to repair and finally replace our furnace. The follow-up service has been stellar. Everything is thoroughly explained in plain terms. We can call the office with any concerns or questions. We would highly recommend this company for any of your heating and plumbing needs!!!!
