Installed AC unit before summer comes. K&R were fantastic, never any pressure, and answered all our weird and wonderful questions. We are first time home buyers but knew AC was something we can’t live without. We haven’t started up the full system just yet (-10’C today), but rest assured the consulting, quoting, and install with this team was top tier. I realize this is out of their control but the communication has plummeted. Communication has been sparse and not sure if I’ll ever get this project closed out completely. All I need is an inspection and sticker and this is taking way too frustratingly long. July 26 update. Issue has been resolved and a refund has been granted. The communication has improved and hopefully continues to, great guys regardless.

On Canada Day my husband went to the basement and found water leaking out of the hot water tank. I decided to do a Facebook post in our neighbourhood group and immediately got tons of advice and recommendations. We ended up going with the first person who responded And privately messaged wanting to help and they were awesome. Gave us a quote and were able to come the next morning And showed up in the time frame predicted. Very professional, very responsive, friendly and hardworking, will absolutely use again for future plumbing needs!
