Hands down my favourite place in Edmonton for Vietnamese. I only have a picture of vermicelli here but I tend to grab both a V1, P1 and a couple appetizers if I'm ordering takeout. My coworker tuned me into ordering an extra bowl of the pho broth on the side if I'm just having vermicelli for lunch.
Pho was delicious, we also tried their spring rolls and they were so tasty, I had a Milk tea to go and the jelly in it was so so good! we enjoyed the comfy atmosphere, plus it’s nice to see through their windows while sitting, we noticed a guy making the server uncomfortable I think he wanted to leave without paying, they handled the situation very nicely, and do as much as they could so he was not a problem, I definitely recommend if you want to stop by for something filling and delicious.
I regularly come to this place for my winter comfort food Phò. The soup taste has been consistent and they serve quick. I never have waited longer than 10minutes. The portion is good, I order regular as it's enough for me. I tried the large and I did not finish it. Price is reasonable and tip option does not start at 20% (as low as 10%). Also, my favorite pot of Jasmine tea is free. Highly recommended.
