The best service, friendly helpful staff. my eye doctor made me feel 100% different. Talked to me about possibilities and he was just excellent. I am very happy with Fort Saskatchewan Eye Care Their staff have always been amazing. Fitted me in when I needed an emergency. They are great. The doctors and staff are the best.
I walked into the clinic today without an appointment, and the team was able to help me right away. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. The reception staff were welcoming, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent care!
Always have such a great experience at Fort Sask Eye Care. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. You can genuinely tell that they truly care about their patients and take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and well looked after. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. It’s great to find a clinic where the staff are not only knowledgeable but also compassionate. I highly recommend Fort Sask Eye Care to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service!
We were treated well, didn’t have to wait, everything was well explained, documents were clear, nobody tried to sell us anything we didn’t want, very helpful picking out new glasses. Doctor and staff were excellent. Noticed that all other clients were treated like family as well. Good job!
Wow such a lovely experience especially for my children. My 3 year old is usually scared of new places but Dr Hobson and his assistant went above and beyond to make him comfortable. They were gentle and friendly, and even let him help push buttons when I was getting my eye exam done. Highly recommend ☺️
