I have had really good experiences going to F.Y.I.doctors in Fort Saskatchewan. Due to a number of issues with my vision I need care more often than a once a year checkup. FYI is always very accommodating in getting me in to see someone as soon as possible. Dr. Constantine is my regular eye doctor but with my vision issues there are times when I need to see someone right away so have had to see one of the other doctors in the office. All of them and the support staff and techs have been really good to me and give me the information and the treatment I need.
FYi has taken excellent care of our family over the years! Dr. Constantine is our amazing go-to optometrist but anytime we have needed to get in immediately, we have and every doctor there has been wonderful. Staff has been compassionate, helpful and everyone has works to make our family comfortable when we come.
FYI doctors is my go to eye clinic. They are kind and professional. I had my visit with Dr. Rheanne. She was very kind, informative and professional. She performed thorough examination and provided great suggestions. She acted promptly to ensure I got the care I needed. Thanks :)
Our first time at FYidoctors was a great experience. The staff were all so friendly and made us feel comfortable. Dr. Sara and Dr. Rheanne not only checked our prescriptions, they gave us insight into maintaining our eye health. There are so many frames to choose from but with Miranda’s help, we ended up with ones we are really happy with. FYi will be our go to optometrist now.
Large, clean waiting room, wide selection of frames to choose from. Great package deals but also offers brand names. Direct billing for military members and their dependants. Eye exams a breeze. A pleasant experience. Will be coming here for future needs.
