The staff at Vivid Vision are top notch! They always look after my eyes by performing all needed testing. The wonderful lady who cleaned and adjusted my glasses even took the lenses out and cleaned around them. My glasses fit and felt like new after she was done. Dr. Erickson is a knowledgeable, kind, and thorough optometrist who I trust with my eye health. I appreciate the whole team at Vivid Vision and am thankful to have them looking after my comprehensive eyecare needs!
By far my best experience at the eye doctor’s. The staff are super kind and friendly, and the environment is incredibly comfortable. Every eye exam I’ve taken, and every pair of new glasses I’ve received here are absolutely flawless.
So, I guess I’ve officially reached that stage of life… I needed glasses! 😂 From the moment I walked into Vivid Vision, everyone made the experience so easy. The staff is incredibly friendly, and my eye exam was thorough without feeling long. They even showed me pictures of my eyes, explained what they were seeing, and pointed out things to keep an eye on in the future. I left feeling informed, not rushed. Choosing glasses was actually fun (even if admitting I needed them wasn’t!). I ended up with two pairs: one for work as a server so I can clearly read the computer and those tiny bills without constantly taking glasses on and off, and another pair for driving and everyday life. One thing I didn’t realize as a first-time glasses wearer is that comfort matters just as much as vision. At first they felt great, but after wearing them full-time I noticed a few pressure points. I went back several times for small adjustments, and every single visit they welcomed me with a smile and happily made another tweak. They never made me feel like I was being a bother—they genuinely wanted my glasses to fit perfectly. That’s what really stood out to me. From the front desk, to the doctors, to everyone who helped adjust my glasses, the entire team worked together to make sure I was taken care of. I don’t want to single anyone out because everyone played a part. Getting older may not be my favorite thing, but seeing the world in crystal-clear detail definitely is. Thank you, Vivid Vision, for making my first experience with glasses such a positive one. I couldn’t recommend you more!
Love dealing with all the lovely ladies at Vivid Visions Fort Saskatchewan. Always happy and enthusiastic to help. Special shoutout to Michelle for always watching me try on 100’s of pairs of glasses, giving me an honest opinion and being so kind. You ladies rock!
It was my very first eye exam at Vivid Vision and I'm very happy that I've chosen this place and without expectations, I was so impressed how friendly the staff are. Thank you to Dr. Erickson and the rest of the staff who attended my needs. You're all awesome and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend to those who need eye care that Vivid Vision is the place to be 🙂
