Great staff, very clean entrance, waiting room, clinic area, and bathroom! You could literally eat off the floor it is sooooooo clean! Love it!!! The staff are always helpful, eager to please and the optometrist is very experienced and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else for my eye health.
My husband and I recently had our progressive lenses made at IRIS in Sherwood Park, and we couldn’t be happier. I’ve worn progressives before, but these are by far the most natural and comfortable lenses I’ve ever had — I adjusted to them instantly. All the staff were welcoming, the doctor was thorough and kind, and Riki, the manager, made the whole experience feel personal and easy. I definitely recommend them!
So thankful for this business. Long story short they went above and beyond to help me with getting replacement lenses before I boarded a flight. They were so helpful and made it so easy. Forever thankful and will be transfering my file to this location. Fast friendly efficient and understanding mixed with professionalism and tons of options from glasses frames ointments drops you name it .
