I had a great experience at Pearle Vision! Peggy was fantastic—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of getting my prescription glasses. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the right pair. Her excellent customer service made the experience easy and enjoyable. I went to 4 different places to get the string on my glasses fixed. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and fix them! Broke the other side a couple days later and she was able to fix that too. Wish I could give them 10 stars! Awesome people and amazing service!

I just picked up my glasses at the Pearle Vision in Puyallup. Nikoda was wonderful! She was friendly and very professional. I am particular about how my glasses fit, and she took the time to make sure everything felt "right". I never once felt rushed, which is refreshing! I highly recommend the team in Puyallup for eyewear!

Arash was very helpful with myself and my husband looking at meta Ray-Ban glasses— giving us great advice on color choices on frames and lens, and sizing fitting well. I had come in to try on about a week prior and she advised me that new styles would be coming in about a week, which were smaller and might be something I would prefer. She was totally right, and loved the new style much more. I appreciated he guidance there as she saved me from buyers regret if I had bought before the new styles were out. She was also great to ensure pricing was competitive too. Can’t wait to get the new glasses in a couple weeks!!

I popped in to Pearl Vision in Sherwood Park Mall in hopes I could get help with some glasses that were not even purchased at Pearl Vision. Peggy was very helpfull in explaining she could attempt to tighten my glasses but because they were plastic frames and older there was no guarantee they wouldn't break. I was totally ok with that and I just wanted them for a trip. Peggy was able to tighten my glasses with no issues! She was so helpfull and I am very greatful for her help.
