Dr. Aujla did a wonderful job during my first eye appointment with her. I have a difficult eye glass prescription due to a visual disability and numerous eye issues. She performed a thorough examination of my eyes, took the time to explain to me how my eyes have changed since I obtained my last eye glass prescription, how these changes would affect my new eye glass prescription, and how my eyes/brain would react to them. She recommended a follow-up appointment in a few weeks to determine how I am responding to my new prescription, to see if any adjustments are required, and to have a few other examinations completed to get an update my on my overall eye health as some examinations had not been completed for several years. I am happy to say that my new prescription seems to be working quite well for me -- for which I am grateful as it sometimes takes more than one attempt to get it right. I would also like to commend the front-end staff at Visionary Eye Centre for being personable, professional, and helpful. They provide a very positive first impression of the office.

My experience with the people at the Visionary eye clinic was 100% positive. My regular optometrist was away at a clinic when I needed help. Dr. Lu examined my eye, prescribed the medicine that was needed and informed me that he would immediately notify my regular eyecare Dr's regarding my visit to him and subsequent treatment. I greatly appreciate that consideration and his treatment. Also, all other attending staff were very pleasant and courteous to me.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Lu for a full eye examination. During the appointment, he was very thorough and explained my current ocular health in a way that I could understand. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding what was discussed, and he provided me with great insight into how to manage my ongoing concerns. The front staff were terrific, and the opticians assisted me in choosing some new frames that were customized to my liking. I highly recommend Visionary Eye Centre for all of your visual needs!

These folks are incredibly professional and knowledgeable, I can’t recommend them highly enough. You recognize the quality of a service when everything goes perfectly, but you truly understand it when something goes wrong. In my case, a factory coating was causing glare, so I reached out to them. They got me in right away and did everything they could, and then some, to ensure the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Casey even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with the solution. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

I attended the Visionary Eye Centre to discuss some issues with my eyes that were causing me symptoms of D E D and I also was concerned about my optical health ! Dr. Lu and his team were very supportive, knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns! I would recommend the Centre for any optical needs!
