Excellent service. Lady named Olga served me at the Sherwood Park, Alberta location and was exceptional. She noticed me right away and was patient as I like to try on a lot of styles. I think we tried on about 12 different ones and she was great at providing positive feedback as well as negative feed back in a gentle and positive way. Highly recommend her. Julie who took measurements was good as well and patient as I forgot to bring my benefits card to see if I was covered. I was able to just call in and give her rest of information and it was processed quickly. Great service in both departments of the store!

I’m so pleased with the service that I received at Specsavers! Dr Cowles was amazing! I came for an annual check and to address a concern about my eye. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to address my concern thoroughly and my eye has healed. The selection of glasses and sunglasses was great and I could easily find two pairs that I loved. My two glasses with progressive lenses were at such a reasonable price! The staff member was very thorough in measuring for fit and my placement of the progressive lenses in each pair of glasses. So excited to pick up my new glasses and sunglasses.

I had an excellent experience at Specsavers Sherwood Park Mall. Fon, who assisted us, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and highly organized. She was very patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. I would also like to recognize the supervisor who assisted us as well. She was kind, approachable, and very helpful throughout our visit. My husband recently went here to get a new pair of glasses. It was hands down the best experience I’ve had at an eye centre in my entire life. From the person who scheduled my eye exam to the shift manager that helped me pick out new frames all the way through to the ophthalmologist assistant, ophthalmologist and technician that fitted my glasses. I will definitely be a return customer and be recommending to friends and family. (Matt)

First time visiting this location and everything was top notch! Friendly, patient and helpful staff; Hannah and Olga were great and so was Dr. Cowles! They had a great selection of glasses and sunglasses for good prices. Will be coming here for all my future eye needs! Thanks SpecSavers :)
