Second Specs

I am a dedicated Second Specs customer, having been with them since their first kiosk, and I rely on them for all my glasses and contacts. The staff is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Despite my difficulty choosing frames, they are always patient and excellent at assisting me in finding the perfect pair. Their best in class pricing ensure all my selections are affordable. I have referred countless family and friends, and they have referred others, which speaks volumes. I highly recommend Second Specs without reservation.

I can’t say enough good things about Second Specs. The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish. When my frames broke, I was worried the warranty process would be a hassle, especially since I’m located on the other side of the country. Instead, they made everything simple and stress-free. They honored the warranty without any issues, kept me updated throughout the process, and had my replacement frames turned around much faster than I expected. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind its products and takes care of its customers long after the sale. Outstanding service, great communication, and a warranty experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Second Specs in Sherwood Park helped me out on the spot today with a damaged pair of glasses—even though I didn’t buy them there. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond genuinely made my day. The team clearly knows their stuff. Highly recommend them!
