Action Furnace, Inc.

Had an excellent experience with Action Furnace during our AC installation. Miles and Julian were professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation was completed efficiently and neatly. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out. The new AC system is working great, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommend Action Furnace, especially Miles and Julian, for anyone needing HVAC installation or service!

I had a new electric water heater installed yesterday by Andrew Cronin. What a pleasant plumber! He was so very professional yet so easy to talk to. I saw him exercise patience when he had to go across town to get the unit and come back to do the install. He answered all my questions, explained all I needed to know and the required maintenance. He explained the extended warranty but wasn’t pushy about me buying it. He laid it out and left the decision making up to me. I liked that! He is the epitome of what a service professional should be. Great job Andrew, you’ve convinced me that Action is the place to call!

I have used action furnace before, but was a few years ago, this time I had an emergency and needed a new furnace immediately. Adil was out the same day and got his team out the next day. Everyone was super fantastic. Every time I have used this company. I have been treated respectfully and they are always on time.

Received excellent service during my annual maintenance appointment. The tech was professional, friendly and helpful. I have been a member with Action Furnace for a number of years - I have always been happy with the service they provide. I would certainly recommend them.

From Dave our advisor explaining the whole process to the wonderful installers Julien and Alex! Extremely impressed and happy with their professionalism. Julien and Alex were both very willing to explain and answered all our questions and concerns. They went above and beyond with the install! Extremely happy with how clean the install was and the final result looks fantastic!! Thank you all very much extremely happy!!
