Hermes Plumbing & Heating Service Ltd

Excellent service from the first phone call to the plumbing done. Mindy in the office was knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond to queries. Sarah was time efficient, pleasant, and very capable as a plumber. The quote from Hermes was cheapest of the 3 quotes I had collected for our plumbing job. I would recommend Hermes plumbing to others and am happy to have Sarah here any time. Heather MacLeod.

Needed a new hot water tank. We called Wednesday. Came Thursday for estimate and installed Friday. Very professional. Never tried to upsell actually told me a tankless system is overkill for my needs. Could have easily upselled but declined. We will be using them for all our plumbing and heating needs.

I had an excellent experience with Hermes Plumbing! From start to finish, the service was professional, reliable, and top-notch. Our technician, Sarah, was incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the solution, and completed the work with great attention to detail. She was even able to troubleshoot some other plumbing issues we have been having. What really stood out was the quality of workmanship, prompt service, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Sarah left the work area spotless and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before she left. It's refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism and takes pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend Hermes Plumbing to anyone looking for trustworthy, dependable plumbing services. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

Hermes Plumbing was recommended to us for our plumbing requirements for our renovation. At the same time as the renovation we also had them address the replacement of all our Poly B lines throughout the house. When we began I was expecting a good plumbing contractor, however what we experienced was much beyond that. The crew was very professional and very personable. The work completed was detailed and meticulous. We always felt like we were in very capable hands and when a couple of tricky items came up with our renovation, they were there right away with solutions. We are so thrilled that we were introduced to Hermes Plumbing ..... I highly, highly recommend them.
