Legacy Heating and Cooling

John & Jon were such a fantastic duo. They installed an A.O. Smith on demand water system for me. They worked together and did such an amazing job. They treated me and my home with the utmost respect. They answered all of my questions and more. They went above and beyond to make this install great for me. I have never worked with such a fantastic company... and I have had a lot of installers in my home. I already recommended Legacy to people I know, today. Going forward, I will 100% be Legacy's customer. Thank you all for everything you've done. Simon, Darren and Jeana in the office. You've all been brilliant!

Edward and Vlad came out to our home today to install a new HWT...needless to say they were a welcome sight as our family has been without hot water since Sunday! The guys were very professional and efficient; Ed was especially knowledgeable about all the equipment, we appreciated his care and attention! In the end, it just comes down to us finally having hot water which we won't take for granted. Overall, the team at Legacy has been fantastic to work with - long story short our hot water issue started a couple weeks ago, got resolved, but happened again only to find out we actually needed a new tank (shout out to Pruet and his manager Mike for that service call). Since the time Meghan (Dispatch Manager) handled the warranty process with us, she was nothing short of awesome doing her best to get us a new tank as quickly as possible (all her hard work & diligence did not go unnoticed!) - there should absolutely be more individuals like her in customer service!!!! A HUGE thanks to all the customer care team :)

Legacy was prompt and the two men were very polite and friendly . They took the time to explain what they were going to do and what the cost would be. The process took about two and a half hours to complete. When they were finished, I was unhappy with the final product. The vents were cleaned but the furnace cleaning left little to be desired. The two men had left a large mess in our den of dust and debris. No attempt to clean up the mess was made. Furthermore, we now have a rather large plate on our furnace. I’m not really happy about that. It was not properly installed. I would not recommend using legacy for cleaning. Update to previous post. Legacy did contact me after posting the above review. After some discussion I decided to let Legacy make it right and fix their mistake on the furnace cover. Roman and Kareem came back the following week to rectify the issue. It was repaired with care and concern. Legacy did well to contact us regarding the issue and had it resolved very quickly. Way to stand behind your company and reputation. Great communication from start to finish! The install team were courteous and professional. Cleaned everything up once the job was complete. Jerry went over everything that was installed and explained all the features. Very happy with the outcome.
