Edmonton Furnace Repair

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this guy. I called him early in the morning expecting a standard service call, and he was upfront about his $150 call-out fee. When I hesitated, instead of pushing for the job, he actually took the time to walk me through the issue over the phone step by step. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and helped me diagnose the problem myself — turns out it was a clogged condensate trap causing water to back up into the furnace. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to fix it on my own. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. He could have easily just come out, charged the fee, and fixed it in 10 minutes — but instead, he chose to help. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares, knows what he’s doing, and won’t take advantage of you, this is your guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Highly recommend.

I am exceptionally impressed with the service provided by this individual. Despite being on holiday, he offered comprehensive remote assistance for my air conditioning issue at 7 PM. His guidance was precise and effective, demonstrating a profound understanding of the problem. This level of dedication, even during personal time, exemplifies outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations. I fully intend to re-engage his services upon his return.

I recently had a humidifier installed by Edmonton Furnace Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Jesse, the owner, personally handled the installation and did an absolutely exceptional job. From start to finish, Jesse was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain the benefits of the humidifier, walked me through the process, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The installation was done neatly and efficiently, and he left the area spotless afterwards. Since the humidifier was installed, the air in my home feels much more comfortable, and I can already notice a big difference. It’s clear that Jesse takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Edmonton Furnace Repair to anyone in need of furnace or humidifier services. If you want the job done right the first time, Jesse is the person to call!
