Furnace Family Edmonton

It was an amazing experience with the Furnace Family customer service and the tech Daniel who came to install npe240a2 tank-less hot water unit in my house, he was very quick and well organized and I must thank to other guy as well came with Daniel but I don't know his name. I would definitely recommend Furnace Family for their reasonable quote, excellent customer service and quality of work.

We had Jeff F from Furnace Family come out for an AC tune-up and he did a fantastic job. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was checking as he went. I really appreciated that he didn't rush the appointment at all and just took his time to make sure things were done right. We also had Kevin P do an outstanding job installing our new water softener and hooking up the backyard BBQ gas line. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to clearly explain the entire setup and how the new systems operate. His professionalism and attention to detail left us feeling completely confident in the quality and safety of the installation.

One of our furnaces stopped lighting this time around and everyone that I interacted with was great. We ended up cancelling our first appointment with Brad since the issue looked like it resolved itself but ended up coming back again later in the evening. Both the morning and evening tech was Brad (8AM and later at 9PM the same day). I really appreciate the proactive communication from him to let me know what was going on and coordinating with the office to get me help as soon as possible. Chris was dispatched in the morning and quickly resolved our issue. He also let us know what to look out for to prevent it from happening again. He was very professional, prompt and communicative. I didn't catch the names of the two from the office I chatted with but they were also a pleasure to interact with and did a great job coordinating everything. Overall, amazing interactions from everyone who helped out. I'm happy I went with Furnace Family and I would highly recommend.

Just had a heat pump installed by Furnace Family after recommendation from a friend. From initial contact to quote to install, each step has been great. Everyone was very professional and efficient. Communication was clear and timely. Installation was quick, clean and very well done. Happy with my service and would definitely recommend!

Great first experience with Furnace Family - will continue to reach out to them first. I first heard of this company through local Reddit threads where they were highly recommended. I didn't receive a response when I reached out to Gentlemen Heating over a week ago so I wasn't going to chase them. From the ease of booking online, to the confirmation of appointments, everything went smoothly so there were no surprises on when they would show up. Their tech, Michael, was very friendly and honest and you could tell he had a lot of experience. He walked me through the current state of the furnace as well as potential issues from the past that he found, and maintenance items to look out for in the future. He even cleaned up around the area and was honest with the pricing (no extra work charged). I feel very comfortable recommending them and can see why their reviews are great.
