Acclaimed! Heating, Cooling & Furnace Cleaning

We recently replaced our entire HVAC system and couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. It started with an AC coil leak, and Cory came out to diagnose it. What seemed like a minor issue uncovered several much bigger problems with our existing system. With a basement flood and construction already underway, we decided it was time to bite the bullet and replace the system. Keven and Bernie were fantastic in helping us understand our options, and we ended up with a fully modulating, communicating heat pump/gas furnace system. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and we always knew what to expect. Stephanie, Max and Mason handled the installation over 2.5 days and did an amazing job. They worked incredibly hard, took great care of our home, kept everything clean, and the finished installation is beautiful. The return air and ductwork are exceptionally neat. We especially appreciated watching Stephanie confidently teach Max and Mason throughout the install, answering their questions and making sure they understood what they were doing. Stephanie is truly a master at her craft. The startup was just as thorough, with everything checked, the new thermostat explained, and the system tested perfectly. We’ve had a LOT going on with our basement flood, so having this process go so smoothly was a huge relief. Great communication, excellent workmanship, and an awesome team. Huge thanks to Cory, Keven, Bernie, Stephanie, Max and Mason. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Acclaimed. The entire process was handled professionally and promptly. Ed Patenaude arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the furnace heating issue, and fixed it efficiently. Ed demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and a deep understanding of furnace systems. Professional, courteous, and highly skilled. I highly recommend Ed and the Acclaimed team for any HVAC service needs. Great job! 👍

⭐ 1 Star I am extremely disappointed with this service. I was charged nearly $800 and was told that my air filter had been replaced. However, after they left, I found that the work had not been done. I paid for a service that I did not receive. I strongly advise others to be careful and to confirm that the work has actually been completed before making payment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I just had my Furnace Serviced and used Acclaimed for the first time and the service was OUTSTANDING. Ed was the service agent and his level of experience and customer service was absolutely amazing. In an age where great service is like a Unicorn, Acclaimed is for sure one of the Unicorns.

Acclaimed had installed our furnace, unfortunately our A/C decided to not turn on after the fact. Ed came by to check things out and was thorough and diligent with figuring out our issue. It was a small error because a wire was not connected. Great service and super friendly! Would not recommend anyone but this company for your furnace/AC needs :)
