Acclaimed! Heating, Cooling & Furnace Cleaning

Acclaimed had installed our furnace, unfortunately our A/C decided to not turn on after the fact. Ed came by to check things out and was thorough and diligent with figuring out our issue. It was a small error because a wire was not connected. Great service and super friendly! Would not recommend anyone but this company for your furnace/AC needs :)

Editing my previous review, as previously I had Acclaimed! install a central humidifier but now they came back to install a new water tank and heat pump. First, they managed to squeeze the hot water tank and heat pump install the very next day after I received and approved my estimate. As they normally book a few weeks out for cooling in the summertime, I was ecstatic to hear they could get me in so fast! Then, the following morning the crew showed up right on time to begin emptying the old tank and begin the prep for installing the heat pump and new water tank. All of the crew (Stephanie, Logan, Mason) were very professional and nice to ask questions and talk with. They had to deal with a 1980's house, yet nothing phased them and at no point did they lose confidence about getting everything installed. The install itself was so clean, I was impressed how they navigated the odd layout of the house to get everything done right. Overall, I'm super impressed and very happy with both new systems. Thank you for doing such a great job on easily the fastest turnaround I've ever seen! I'm one happy repeat customer!

Ed P is so awesome! Took the time to explain everything to me and show me. And did a wonderful job. He even cleaned my floor floors after his shoes, tracked a little bit of dust! Acclaimed fitted an air conditioning unit 5 years ago and I had to call them due to the unit stopping working. Not only did I manage to get an appointment for a technician to come out and fix it within 3 days, the issue was resolved in less than a few hours, completely under warranty. Ed was the technician and did a superb job fixing the unit and communicating with me throughout. He is a testament for your business, and has set a new benchmark for my expectations when dealing with all trades. I had a great experience with Ed from Acclaimed. He came out to check my A/C unit and was very thorough, taking the time to carefully go through everything and make sure nothing was missed.
