Otto Heating & Cooling

Can't say enough positive things about Otto Heating & Cooling. I started this process in August 2025 and had just recently installed my heat pump this past week and I have been incredible impressed with regards of how patient and understanding the team has been. I had 3 other quotes for heat pumps, when I called Otto Heating & Cooling I was lucky enough to connect with Aaron. Even though I had limited knowledge with regards of the heat pump I did not feel like he was trying to "sell" me on to any product. I simply gave my restrictions and had fit me for the right heat pump. I had asked the same questions to the other companies and fortunately Aaron was the only one that answered my questions. That had me sold from the beginning. Aaron is very personable, patient and accommodating and couldn't have asked for a better representative. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and I never felt pressured to complete the installation. Braedon was my installer for our heat pump and was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. It felt comfortable talking to him as he answered all my questions even as abstract as they could have been. Thank you Otto Heating & Cooling for a great experience and I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family!

Great experience with Otto Heating and Cooling. Kyle arrived even earlier than expected which is awesome, inspected the air conditioner issue and precisely pointed on the problematic item that needs to be replaced. He explained the cause and advised on possible resolution ways including prices. I picked the most convenient resolution way and Kyle kindly processed there repairing task. The air conditioning is working again, yoohoo! It was the first time I'm dealing with a company, and I already have a good experience. Will contact them again for the maintenance task this fall. Very much recommended service provider.

We had a 5-star experience working with Brent Lockert. Otto is a phenomenal HVAC contractor here in Edmonton. He was quick, efficient, and sorted out the issue completely on a complex, multi-zone HVAC system. What really stood out was his honesty—the work became a lot more complicated than initially expected, but he honored his original quote without any hassle. Highly recommended, and of course, they have gained all my future HVAC & Air Conditioning work!

Will was amazing!! He explained step by step what would happen during the furnace replacement, and was very informative all along the way. He asked me if I had any questions, and he answered them all for me. I would highly recommend Will and the team - Sandro, my first contact when I inquired regarding the install, and Tommy, who came out to do the quote. I would highly recommend Otto Heating and Cooling - they really do treat you like family!!

Shout out to the team who did a wonderful job! Aaron was a great sales guy who was never pushy and really helped us go through our options. Installers were fantastic. 3 days for full system change and even made some last minute changes to help set up our pipes better for the units. Big thank you to Matt who took the extra time to walk me through some extra questions I had about the systems(Sorry for sounding extra confused). Overall extremely happy and impressed. Had them switch to hydro furnace, heat pump, and tankless. If you're looking for Edmonton's best service team, these are the guys. Will be using again
