Max Heating and Air Conditioning

After dealing with some less than professional contractors in the new home building experience, my interaction with max has been a breath of fresh air when it came to getting our air conditioner installed! They responded to our inquiry promptly while other companies took days to get back, provided reasonable quotes with different options, and had install appointments available right away. The crew was kind and professional, they even went so far as to drive across town for a unique breaker my home required and helped me out with an unrelated furnace issue I was having. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thanks guys!

I had never heard of Max heat heating and air conditioning until my adjuster had booked them to use the plumbers to turn off the water and disconnect the sink in my kitchen. The two gentlemen that came were from the Ukraine. They did a fantastic job of disconnecting the sink and then reconnecting it once my counters were taken out and reinstalled, quick too!Twenty(20) minutes to disconnect and maybe 35 to reconnect. Would’ve loved to talk to them more but they were so focused on the job - it was like I was watching a journeyman training an apprentice. I talked to the younger one a little bit. They were great, polite and completed the job quickly. I would definitely would recommend these two Ukrainian gentlemen again. I never did get their names. Just know that they were from the Ukraine since I asked.

i was so happy with the entire team at max! can’t recommend them enough! not only was dave, the owner, quick at sending me a quote for ac installation , his office staff happily explained it for me & we’re so friendly. having a newborn and toddler at home with me, i was a bit nervous about having the technicians in my home all day but they were FANTASTIC. Jason & Jordan were so personable & truly went above & beyond. when we needed some extra work done to the furnace to complete the install, they took great care to get everything done asap. they were amazing representatives of the company. thanks again!

Had Jordan and Conroy .they we're very knowledgeable and very professional. They included me thru out the process and did the job in a very reasonable time line. I would use this company again and would even see if these 2 were available

I reached out for a quote to repair my AC and was asked to text over some photos and details. I sent everything through and was told I’d be kept updated. After three days of not hearing anything, I followed up and they apologized, saying they’d check with the team. Five more days went by with no update, so I followed up again, but never got a response.
