Weiss-Johnson

Matt and Jordanna did an incredible job with the HVAC work for my basement development. The final result was beyond my expectations, and everything looks exactly how I wanted it. They took the time to thoroughly plan the work, along with Ken, from the beginning, listened carefully to what I wanted, and answered all of my questions. They worked extremely hard, kept everything clean and organized, and clearly took pride in their work. Ken also came by on multiple occasions to make sure everything was progressing properly in the beginning and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Jordanna and Mat walked me through their work in detail, explained what to expect next, and let me know what would need to be completed once the framing is finished. Matt and Jordanna are genuinely kind, hardworking, and knowledgeable people who truly care about the quality of their work and their customers. I would absolutely recommend them along with Weis-Johnson and would not hesitate to use them again.

We recently had Weiss‑Johnson install a new furnace, heat pump, humidifier, and ductwork in our home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From our initial conversation with their sales rep, Don, to the meticulous installation by Jo and Mat, every team member was professional, timely, and a pleasure to work with. Even when we had a small invoicing question, Cindy in the accounting department handled it with grace and efficiency. We're thrilled with the results and the quality of the work. Thank you, Weiss‑Johnson, for a wonderful experience!

Furnace, heat pump and tankless water heater installed by Reece & Colton. They were professional and did a very clean looking installation. I’m super happy with the results. I had a positive experience at every stage of the process. I 100% recommend this business for your heating and hot water needs. Thanks Weiss-Johnson!

I am very happy with the recent work completed by Weiss Johnson on my new home. I have two separate jobs that I am impressed with. First, I really appreciate Jaime Collins who came out to address some minor venting issues covered by warranty. He went above and beyond by addressing an unrelated issue regarding the humidity level in my home. I sent an email expressing my gratitude and I hope his supervisor was made aware so he can be recognized for this great customer service. The second job was a garage heater. I had Ken come out and give me a quote. He was very professional and not pushy. Ken’s communication was 10/10 including response time. He was informative and at the end of the day he got me a fair deal for my new garage heater. The installers were very professional and pleasant to interact with. They had answers to all my questions and they did a great job. Thank you Weiss Johnson for the work done. I will be using your company for any future HVAC needs.

Elie Haddad provided excellent service by quickly diagnosing the issue with my AC System and then fixing the problem while demonstrating a high level of knowledge and professionalism. He also took the time to explain to me the cause of the issue and how it was resolved for my understanding. Additionally, he went above and beyond by sharing some valuable advice when it comes to heating and cooling my home more effectively. Overall a great experience, I would definitely recommend.
