Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Kylie came early, on time, and ready to go. She was professional, intelligent, and down to earth. I appreciate her understanding of being a working mom, so she knew my child was still sleeping and worked accordingly. My son said, at one point, "Is she still here? She's so quiet". She gave me a clear walk through if what wasn't working and why the problem occurred. I know to get a yearly maintenance for free now and I actually understand the system better from having her out. Well done. Highly recommend.

I was recommended Reliance from a friend who works in home building/renovating and I owe her big time. They were able to come the next day for a quote, the sales rep was so kind and polite and explained all of our options. We ended up renting (which we didnt think we would do- but the deal was tlgreat right now and perfect for our needs). They came out in less than a week to install, withing the time window we expected and they called first. Plus, they had weekend availability for all of the steps which meant not having to take time off work. They were tidy, explained everything when they were done, and helped me set up the new app! I'm thrilled with the overall service and will recommend Reliance for others 😀

From my very first meeting with Matt (Reliance's Representative) through to the installation, my experience with Reliance has been excellent. Purchasing a heat pump is a significant investment, so I took the time to obtain several competing quotations, compare different systems, review the technical specifications, and even seek legal advice regarding the Protection Plan. Throughout this entire process, Matt was exceptionally patient, professional, and transparent. He answered every question promptly, provided clear and honest explanations, and never pressured me into making a decision. What impressed me most was his integrity. At one stage, I asked for a quotation for a second heat pump to serve the legal basement suite separately. Rather than trying to increase the sale, Matt advised against it because he genuinely didn't believe it would provide sufficient value for my home. That level of honesty gave me great confidence in both him and Reliance. The installation team arrived on time, worked professionally, and completed the installation to a high standard. The correct equipment was installed, the work area was left clean and tidy, and the entire process was well organised. In the end, I chose Reliance not because they were the cheapest, but because they earned my trust through their professionalism, technical knowledge, and outstanding customer service. I would like to thank Matt and the installation team for making what could have been a stressful process straightforward and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance to anyone considering a heat pump or HVAC upgrade.

Earlier today we had a great experience with Reliance company installed our new AC. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail. Their customer service was excellent, and the technicians were respectful and friendly throughout the process. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable Air Conditioner services in Edmonton. Thank you for doing such a great job! Sahra
