They got me in very quickly, I had to get some forms for work filled out and the doctor was not only extremely patient, accommodating and professional but genuinely a great person. Kyle was the guy at the front desk who made waiting an engaging experience. Ive been wearing my bailey nelson’s for over a year now and they’ve held up amazingly! Prices are top notch, would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been a customer for a few years and I will continue to return until somehow my vision magically improves or glasses are no longer an option lol. The service is always great. They are always very quick to help and they make sure they do a great job at it. The selection they have is great, there’s always something new. I highly recommend.

Great customer service! Dr. Mustapha was so good, he changed my prescription to what I was most comfortable with. Yusuf was so great and made sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

This review has been taken down and reposted with an updated review including photos in hopes to get the attention it needs in order to help others out from not having such a negative experience like my family & I For myself I've ordered frames and lenses from here and had a wonderful experience at first. The glasses were ready on time within the 2 week window they had provided. About a week or so later I realized my rx needed to be rechecked as my glasses weren't seeing clearly. I got rechecked and asked if I could relense them. They said I would have to pay for the lenses again at least an additional $200. After going through a few staff members I was told that was an error and they would relense for free. I got retested at Bailey Nelson and thought all was good. First they ordered my lenses, came in. Was supposed to be 1.6 index but were 1.5 index and wrong rx. The lenses were incredibly heavy and thick. They reordered ensuring it would be 1.74 index. I picked it up and seems the thickness was good. Took a few days for me to adjust but figured it was weird as I was getting headaches and dizziness. Not to mention the staff here adjusted my glasses over 30 times to no avail. The staff are incompetent and unwilling to problem solve and provide quality customer service. I went to the Southgate location to adjust them in hopes they could assist me better today. (Nov 1! Been dealing with uncomfortable glasses since end of JUNE!) They were amazing and checked the rx of both the thick and thin lenses for me. They confirmed first pair is 1.5 index, wrong rx. Second pair is 1.6 index NOT 1.74 index and SURPRISE also wrong rx. The 1.74 index is still to be shipped!!! I have no more words to say. I was excited to recommended them to my parents... to which it has been a nightmare to deal with unfortunately. I'd like to give respect to the optometrist there. We had a very wonderful and welcoming experience with her but the ordering is another story. My Dad wanted to order lenses from here but he had provided his current frames not from Bailey Nelson. They had told us again it would take 2 weeks maybe even less. By 2 weeks we waited and no update. I called for a status update and they said there was an error and would put a rush request on it. It would take another week. I call a week later etc etc. My dad had to wait over a month until they were ready! They called us to come pick up and believe it or not... they could not find them. We had to leave without them and they called us HOURS later after finally found them. I was baffled. My mom liked their frames selection and decided to order from them despite my Dad's negative experience. Not to mention, only an apology was made with no compensation what so ever. It's been a little over 2 weeks and my mom's glasses are still not ready. It was over a month and I contact them. They tell me the frames are no longer in stock. I was baffled at the lack of communication. Long story short they reimbursed and finally got the glasses ready after another 2-3 weeks! Unfortunately I can no longer vouch for this Bailey Nelson location. I will never be returning ever again. I will continue to support and visit the Southgate location as they are trying to correct the mistakes from this location.
