5 Stars – Worth the Drive Every Time Today, I brought my daughter back to Icon Vision Care at Londonderry Mall for her annual eye exam and a new pair of glasses. As always, we received exceptional care from Dr. Davin Chong and Anna. Their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail consistently make every visit a positive experience. Although the clinic is quite a distance from our home, it is absolutely worth the drive. What sets them apart is the confidence and peace of mind they give their patients. From the eye examination to selecting the most suitable eyewear, you truly feel that you are in capable and trustworthy hands. Dr. Chong takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, while Anna is always warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping patients make the best decisions rather than encouraging unnecessary spending. As a newcomer family to Canada, navigating the healthcare system can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when English is not our first language. Being able to communicate in Cantonese with Dr. Chong has made a tremendous difference. His patience and willingness to answer questions have always made us feel comfortable and respected. The same can be said of Anna, whose kindness and honest advice have been invaluable to our family. It is increasingly rare to find healthcare professionals who combine expertise with such sincerity and genuine care. We are grateful for their continued support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care in Edmonton. No matter how far the drive may be, we will gladly continue making the trip.

Me and my husband visited Icon Vision Care at Londonderry Mall for the first time for our eye checkups, and we had a great experience. The service was excellent, and Cristina, one of the managers, was especially helpful. She patiently guided us through the process and showed us a variety of eyewear options to choose from. We really appreciated her help and professionalism. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend the clinic to others!

Probably one of the best eye glass purchasing experience I've ever had. Not only are their prices great but the service is outstanding. Also Dr Chong is a great dr. If you are in need of glasses please come here. You wont be disappointed.
