Customeyes Optometry

Great customer service. The girl on the front desk is very cooperative. She is not only attending me as I have an appointment for me and my lovely wife for an eye exam with Dr.Traiban. She gives us all guidance on how to prepare for eye exams. As a compliment She also fixes my glasses and cleans, not only my glasses but also my wife as well. The Dr.Traiban is very knowledgeable and advised for the reading and driving glasses. The guy I believe his name is Ali is also very helpful. I visited this clinic for the last 12 years. Every time I see them, they serve better than previous visits. I recommend this clinic is very important in our beloved city, Edmonton, for those who are looking for personal care every time. Once again, I will say thank you very much to the team of Dr.Traiban.

Outstanding customer service was Greeted as soon as I walked in, got pretested for my eye exam nice and smooth Great selection of eyeglasses. I got my eye exam and glasses all done in one day outstanding fast effective and efficient. I highly recommend this place and the prices are a lot better than others. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for years. Ali is so nice and is always very helpful. Have only had one bad experience but was fixed very fast

They're honest, friendly, helpful and prompt. Great trustworthy service. I have been going here for a couple of years. Thank you Customeyes.

Love this place, it's the only place I've gone for glasses so perhaps it might be my own bias but from the very first time coming here I felt welcome. Whether it was the front desk, in the back getting my prescription ironed out, or even while browsing the walls for a pair of glasses, every step of the way I had someone friendly and eager to help me find exactly what kind of glasses I was looking for.
