The eye care assistant was lovely and explained everything that she was doing in preparation for my appointment. I did have to wait almost 20 minutes for the optometrist to come in, but I had one of the best eye appointments ever. Dr. Chan was super personable, funny, and we had a really great conversation about eye health and how to take care of my vision. She took her time with me and I will definitely be coming back. The staff in the front helping with frames were also really great.
I had such a great experience at this eye doctor’s office that I felt like I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, everything just felt organized, welcoming, and professional without being intimidating. The front desk staff were super friendly and efficient. They greeted me right away, helped with my paperwork, and made the whole check-in process smooth. You can tell they actually care about patients and aren’t just rushing people through. The exam itself was thorough and never felt rushed. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on with my eyes. That’s something I really appreciated — a lot of places just go through the motions, but here you actually feel looked after. What stood out the most was how the whole team works together. Everyone seems on the same page, and the environment feels calm even when it’s busy. It made the whole visit stress-free.
Great experience overall! The staff were very friendly and helpful in choosing the right glasses for me. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed. Really happy with both the service and my new glasses.
