5 stars! Ask for Maryam at Londonderry Specsavers! She is absolutely fantastic! She made direct billing seamless for my son's first time and helped me use my insurance credits. We both walked away with bougie frames and sunglasses at great prices. She was so fast and efficient! Can't wait for our new looks and we highly recommend!

They treated every client with respect, patience, and genuine care, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. A special thank you to the female doctor who examined my eyes. She was very kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. From the moment I walked in until I left, I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend Specsavers to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service. Had an eye exam with Dr Toor. She was excellent. Very kind and informative. I've been wearing glasses for 25+ years and she taught me new things about my eyes. The staff helping me with my glasses very fantastic. They took plenty of time to make sure I was happy with my new glasses. Definitely recommend!!!

Where do I start? I walked into the store and was greeted with a happy smile by Dilara. I had to come back later, and when I did, I wasn't disappointed. She saw me and said, "I'll finish with my customer and be right with you." Then she came and helped me, and wow, she was so knowledgeable, honest, and sincere; she really enjoys her job. I have been feeling a little down these past few weeks, but she made me happy. Her slimy green long nails were so cool; I didn't want to mess with her or her nails. Now, I asked her to find blue or green glasses while I was on the phone with my insurance company. I tried on a whole bunch and saw which ones would fit me and which ones would not. Then I was told I'm covered for $375. Her patience is second to none, especially with me on the phone and trying them on and off. So, if you need assistance from her or her team, you're all good—you won't have any trouble.
